Anomaly Committee report by Dec 15, Pay hike likely by April

Anomaly Committee report by Dec 15, Pay hike likely by April Finance Ministry sources on Friday said that new pay hike for central government employees would come into effect from 1 April 2018.

The National Anomaly Committee (NAC) would submit the report on pay hike by December 15 and then it would be sent to the cabinet for approval.

So, the new pay hike will come into effect by April next year at the latest, they added.
