Dear Comrade,As indicated in our last circular letter, the final meeting with the 7th CPC was held on 9.6.2015. Earlier on 8th afternoon, the Staff side had met separately to chalk out the course of negotiations. The National JCA also met on the same day. A meeting of National Council JCM Staff Side with 7th Pay Commission was held on 09.06.2015 at New Delhi. It was last meeting of 7th Pay Commission with JCM. NFIR has published the details of final meeting of the JCM (Staff Side) delegation with the 7th Central Pay Commission. The opinion was that the response of the Pay Commission by and large has been satisfactory on many points mentioned above, the revised pay structure/allowances is likely to be recommended to be given effect from January 1st, 2016. ....
