Subject:- Preparation of Select List 2010 of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS — latest availability of ACR/APARs reg.
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 17.05.2012 and reminder dated 12.07.2012 on the subject noted above.
2. The details of officers who are in the zone of consideration for US Select List 2010 and whose ACRs/APARs are not complete are as shown in the Annexure. This Department is unable to send proposal to UPSC for US SL 2010 for want of complete ACRs/APARs of officers in the zone of consideration.
3. Ministries/ Departments concerned are, therefore, once again requested to forward the ACRs/ APARs which have not yet been forwarded to this Department (as mentioned in the list) urgently. NRCs wherever applicable should also be furnished to this Department. Officers in the zone of consideration are also requested to pursue with their Administration Division concerned to ensure that the ACRs/APARs/NRCs in their respect is furnished to this Department, urgently and in any case latest by 31.08.2012, failing which proposal to UPSC will be sent without waiting any further.
