Modi reiterates : One Rank, One Pension will be implemented Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday while dedicating the the country's latest warship aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya to the nation, assured the Defence personnel about the implementation of the 'One Rank One Pension' scheme. “There were many promises on One-rank One-pension, but no action was taken,” he added. He further mentioned that the security of the country is his top priority. “We want to see eye-to-eye with the world. We don’t wish to threaten others, neither do we wish to bow down before others,” he said.

He also congratulated the officers on the launch of India's largest warship aircraft carrier. Modi, on his maiden visit to any defence installation after taking charge as the Prime Minister, witnessed a host of exercises by the frontline warships and aircraft. "The government is not just about promises, we have the intentions to work for the nation as well," he said.
