The All-India CPI-1W (AI CPI-IW) for the month of October has been released by the Labour Bureau, Government of India. The index remained unchanged from the month on August and September 2014 at 253. The relaxing inflation and food prices contributed to the index value remaining static. With this we have 10 of 12 indices required to calculate the dearness allowance from January 2015. With this figures, it is almost sure that the Dearness Allowance from January'15 will be 113%, a DA hike of 6%.
