1. Ref this Association letter No AIMESAC&MSA/2014 dt 30 May 2014.

2. The first ever Cadre Review of Admin Cadre of M.E.S was initiated by E-in-C’s Br, Army Headquarters in the history of India before twelve years ago and since then it is pending in between Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence Finance and Ministry of Defence.

3. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sahab has given a slogan “FROM RED TAPISM TO RED CARPET”. It is very painful to mention that from the last five (05) years this cadre review has become the hunt of (RED TAPISM) in Ministry of Finance. The piecemeal observations are being raised by Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Expenditure for the last five years and due to which the employees are frustrated very much and their morale is diminishing day by day. Recently it was sent to Min of Fin, Deptt. of Expdr. duly replied With the observations, but it has once again been returned With another repeated observations.

4. I have no hesitation to mention here that the influenced people cadre review have been finalized by Min of Finance without any observations. The cadre review of Gp A cadre of similar deptt. has been finalized in first sight. There are so many cases too, which have not taken so much time. As per DOP&T policy, cadre review is due after every five years, but in our case, we have been waiting for the same from the last twelve years.

5. The members of this Association are very hopeful to get their legitmate right now. We do hope that your influence in the case will certainly be helpful to finalize the cadre review this time.
