  • Rajeev Kumar yes this will be good move by the government and send a positive message, otherwise in each pay commission announcement got late and employees are not given full benefit.
  • Jayaprakash Mishra yes the entire vote will go to oposition if 7th pay commission will not settle before next election

  • Shekhar Roy Yes, as the demand has justification! 6th Pay Commission is a bogus! This model should be banished! It is discriminating and anti Pay Rule. It is not compatible with FRs SRs. 7th Pay Commission should be in effect from 1st January, 2011.
  • Girish Nair Yes, it affects. The parity between the lower and higher level pays also should be reduced. All are human beings and want to enjoy life. Now the higher post holders are enjoying with full facility free of cost and high pay whereas the lower cadre people are literally struggling to meet their day-to-day needs with present pay in the prevailing condition.

  • Veeravalli Sundaresan yes. the new PC should be formed IMMEDIATELY.the 6 PC is a BIG JOKE. NOBODY IS SATISFIED AND THERE ARE ANOMALIES GALORE IN EVERY DEPT AND PARTICULARLY THE DEFENCE FORCES.If formed now atleast it will have enough time and space to sort out these anomalies and present well in time. the rec s can be implemented immediately from 1-1-2016, thus saving the govt a lot of money and space(as arrears).
  • Deepak Kumar Yes, the effect of 6th pay commission has already vanished. Govt. is using pay commission as tool for justifying higher essential commodities rates in the market. Although peoples are getting good amount of pay but due to wrong policies of Govt. employees are still facing a hard life as for as their day to day needs are concerned. The Govt. is unable to control the price rise in the market. The businessman is taking advantage of a week Govt.

  • Sudarshan Arya Yes. 7th pay commission should be constitued immiditely as it takes 2-3 years to submit it's report. The staff faces financial problem for a long time & feels mently tortured.
  • Rakesh Kumar Gupta I well understand that there is no will of Central Govt. of India to give any single benefit to its employees like rebate in IT or 7CPC Etc & if this situation will go on till election, our vote will surely be against this UPA Govt.
