Grant of Dearness Relief to pensioners at the revised rate from Jan 2012.

The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances &Pensions has issued the office memorandum granting the enhanced Dearness Relief (DR) to the Central Government pensioners/family pensioners. The rates shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 58% to 65% w.e.f. 1st January, 2012.
