Asus Memo Pad 10 expected soon

The Memo Pad 10 is expected to run on Android 4.1, features a 10.1-inch IPS display with 1280x800p resolution and will be powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. Other features included are a 16GB storage, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.2-megapixel front camera, microSD card reader and USB and HDMI port. The report further states that the tablet is expected to be available in pink, gray, blue and white variant.

Specifications-wise the device is quite close to the Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF300TG-1A314A, but without the option of a keyboard dock, the Memo Pad 10 is likely to be priced aggressively. There is no word on any launch date yet, but the Taiwanese manufacturer is most likely waiting for the Mobile World Congress to officially announce the device.
