Zync to 5 launch sub Rs.15,000 tablets including 10" ZyncZync has made an announcement that it will launch five new tablets this month featuring either a dual core or a quad core processor. All the tablets will be priced below Rs 15,000.

The tablets will be of choices in terms of screen size. The sizes are 7 inch, 8 inch, 9.7 inch and 10.1 inch. The 8 inch and 10.1 inch models of Zync will be powered by a quad core processor. Zync has also claimed that some of these tablets will be using the Apple iPad 3 screen and will be powered by a 1.6 GHz processor. It will have 32 GB inbuilt memory, dual cameras and other premium features.

Ashish Garg, director, Zync Global, said, "All these five tablets which will be launched towards the end of this month will have a unique USP which no other player has in the market in terms of features and price. Zync is bullish on the tablet market and the price range of these tablets with the latest features is going to sweep people off their feet."
The company has however not disclosed the version of Android it will use in these upcoming tablets. It is likely that it will be Android ICS. Considering the procing, it is expected that it may not support 3G.
