Sub: Introduction of SPARROW for completion of APARs in r/o all Group- ‘A’ & ‘B’ Gazetted officers of DAD(SAO/AO/AAO).
The NIC has intimated that as per DOP&T guidelines, closure activity for PARs for assessment year 2019-20 on SPARROW application will be performed on 31st March 2021 midnight.
2. It is, therefore, requested that all activities regarding PARs for assessment year 2019-20 may be completed on or before 31st March 2021 as after the closure activity of PAR cycle for Assessment Year 2019-20, reversal/ amendment or any sort of change will not be possible.
3. In this regard, it is, requested that a confirmation regarding closing of APARs 2019-20 through SPARROW application may also be forwarded to this HQrs office by mail on 26.03.2021.
