OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Promotion of Principal Private Secretaries (PPSs) to Senior Principal Private Secretaries (Sr. PPSs) of CSSS on ad hoc basis - regarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's OM No. 2/3/2020-CS.il(A) dated 29.06.2020 vide which ad hoc appointment of PPSs of CSSS to the grade of Sr. PPSs was extended up to 30.06.2021.

2 With the approval of the Competent Authority the tenure of ad hoc appointment of the officers who are continuously holding the post of Senior Principal Private Secretary on ad hoc basis as per the aforementioned OM dated 29.06.2020 is hereby extended up to 31.12.2021 or till the posts are filled up on regular basis or date of Superannuation/VRS or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

3. The terms and conditions as mentioned in earlier OM No. 2/5/2017-CS.Il(A) dated 28. 12.2018 as reiterated in this Department's OM dated 29.09.2019 will remain the same.

4. A copy of the notification/order of promotion should be endorsed to this Department by 07.07.202 1, positively.
