Micromax launches 7" tablet at INR 4650 Giving a stiff competition the the Aakash, Micromax has launched its latest tablet, the Funbook P280 at Rs. 4,650/-.

The Micromax Funbook P280 tablet runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It has 5-point capacitive multi-touch screen 7-inch TFT display with a WVGA and resolution is 800x480 pixel. The tablet is powered by a 1GHz Cortex-A8 processor with 512MB of RAM. The Micromax Funbook P280 features a 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera for video calling. The new Micromax tablet has sleek design and graphic quality.

The Funbook P280 comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. The tablet houses a 2400mAh battery, which provide up to 250 hours of standby time.

The Micromax Funbook P280 have various apps such as Spuul, Opera Mini, Kingsoft Office and M!Live.

The connectivity features includes 3G, Wi-Fi and USB 2.0.
