600-bedded ESIC superspeciality hospital to come up in Nasik

600-bedded ESIC superspeciality hospital to come up in Nasik The foundation stone laying ceremony of ESIC's 600-bedded superspeciality hospital at Pandu Nagar was held on Thursday. The foundation stone was laid by minister of labour and employment Bandaru Dattatreya along with local BJP MP Murli Manohar Joshi in presence of UP cabinet minister Shahid Manzoor.

Soon after the laying of foundation stone, the construction of the hospital began. The hospital will come up in an area of seven acres with a sum of Rs 361 crores.

Dattatreya said that the hospital would come because of the efforts of Central government. The decision of construction of hospital for Central government employees was taken in December last year. He also said that as promised the government has taken a step forward and the foundation stone has been laid.Dattatreya said that the employees of the Central government posted in and around Kanpur would be benefited.

Joshi said that the Centre is committed for the development of Uttar Pradesh. The government is busy in rolling out schemes and getting them implemented in the interest of the people of the state.
