Normandy - The Nokia's likely android phone
Rumors are floating about the Nokia androlid phone, code named Normandy. Eventhough the company did not come out with any intention of an android phone, many believe that the company is just to release the same.

@evleaks, the website which provide leaked details of the gadgets, had tweeted the images of the Nokia's alleged first Android smartphone codenamed Normandy. The image shows the mobile in different colours. The tweet also indicates that
Nokia might launch the alleged Normandy by end of this year.

The leaked image is similar in design to the Asha touch range of phones. There is a physical back button on the front panel of the alleged Normandy. The rear panel is seen with the camera accompanied by the Nokia logo branding in the middle. The image shows the phone in Black, Cyan, Mint Green, Red, Yellow and White colours.

So far the Nokia has been supporting only Windows Phone platform and it was a huge success for the company which almost gave way to companies like HTC, Samsung and apple.

The Nokia Normandy can be expected as a low-cost phone on the lines of the Asha series. It can leverage on the  traditional smartphone apps - a benefit that the report suggested has been missing in Nokia's dated Series 40-based Asha phones.
