OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Grant of two increments to DS/Sr.PPS on promotion from US/PPS in CSS/CSSS — Regarding.

Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 21.01.2019 on the subject mentioned above. Vide the said O.M. it was informed that the subject matter is under examination and decision so taken will be intimated to alt the cadre units In due course.

  1. The matter has since been examined in this Department in consultation with Department of Expenditure.
         
  2. Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for continuation of the benefit of grant of two increments to DS/Sr.PPS on promotion from US/PPS in the 7th CPC context.
           
  3. All the participating cadres of CSS/CSSS are accordingly requested to take necessary action in the matter.
           
  4. This issues with the concurrence of Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure conveyed vide their ID No. 3-5/2018-E III A dated 17.05.2021.
