Subject: Continuance of roaster till COVID-19 pandemic.
Madam/Sir,
References have been received from service associations on the subject mentioned above.
2.The matter has been examined in the Directorate and the competent authority has decided that Head of Circle/CPMG of concerned Postal Circle shall decide and issue necessary instructions regarding roster of staff at their level taking into consideration of local situation and instructions issued by DoP&T as well as MHA and MoHFW.
3.Further, if the situation is different Postal Divisions, separate instructions shall also be issued at Circle level in consultation with the Divisional Head. Circles shall review their instructions on a monthly basis taking into consideration the instructions to be issued from time to time by the Central Government/State Government/UT Administration/District Administration.
