Micromax Bolt A40 at Rs. 5000

Micromax Bolt A40 at Rs. 5000 Indias no. 2 smart phone manufacturer Micromax has announced a new smartphone from Bolt-series. The Micromax Bolt A40 is an entry-level smartphone and is likely to be priced around INR 5,000.

The company has already imported over 25,000 units of the phone from China and it is likely to go on sale very soon, probably around early next week.

Micromax A40 comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA display and is powered by 1GHz Spreadtrum SC6820 processor. It runs on earlier Android 2.3.5. The phone supports dual-SIM. It has got a 2MP rear cameraas well as a 0.3MP front facing camera. Fot the memory, it has 512MB of RAM, 512MB of internal storage (only 75MB available to users for apps) and a microSD card slot.
