These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also. The Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 corresponds to Railway Services (Pension) Rules, 1993. DoP&PW’s O.M. No. 57/05/2021-P&PW/(B) dated 03.03.2023 has been adopted on Railways vide this office letter of even number dated 10.03.2023.
