Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements 2021 announced

The Minister of State for Education Dr Subhas Sarkar has released Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievement 2021 award list. The top position in the most innovative educational institute of India in the technical category was bagged by IIT Madras. IIT Madras has won this recognition for the third time in a row.

What is Atal Ranking?

Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) is an initiative of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India to systematically rank all major higher educational institutions and universities in India on indicators related to “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development” amongst students and faculties. ARIIA ranking aims to inspire Indian institutions to reorient their mindset and build ecosystems to encourage high-quality research, innovation and entrepreneurship.
