Kindly refer to Board’s letters of even no. dated 02.02.2023 and 13.04.2023 (copies enclosed) on the subject mentioned above wherein all Zonal Railways & PU’s have been advised to make use of the opportunity being presented by way of the large DR panel for considering the pending transfer applications. Both the staff federations have also requested for expeditious disposal of transfer requests in wake of a large panel made available through RRB/RRC. It is presumed that necessary action is being taken by the Railways in the matter. It is reiterated that the transfer cases may be processed on priority wherever feasible.

Further, it is also advised that all mutual transfers cases pending for NOC may be finalized on priority. Attention in this connection is invited to DG/HR’s DO letter no. E(NG)I/2022/TR/39 dated 23.12.2022 to the General Managers.

Kindly refer to Board’s letter of even no. dated 02.02.2023 (copy enclosed) on the subject mentioned above wherein all Zonal Railways & PU’s have been advised to make use of the opportunity being presented by way of the large panel for considering the pending transfer applications. It is reiterated that the transfer cases may be processed on priority wherever feasible.

Sub: Inter Railway request transfer applications of staff seeking transfer to other Divisions/Railways etc.,-reg.
As the railway administrations are aware, the recruitment process for filling up the vacancies in Level 1 and above in various categories is being completed for alloting RRB/ RRC empanelled candidates to the Zonal Railways / PUs etc. One of the staff Federations has requested to facilitate the inter railway transfer applicants joining new units on transfer alongside filling these slots by empanelling RRB/RRC candidates.

It is advised that the Railways may make use of the opportunity being presented by way of the large panel for considering the transfer applications. The transfer cases may be processed wherever feasible, while keeping the operational requirements in mind.
