Sub: Half day closing (till 02:30 PM) of Central Government Offices, Central Institutions and Central Industrial Establishments on 22nd January, 2024 — reg.
On the above mentioned subject, Department of Personnel and Training vide O.M. No. 12/7/2023-JCA dated 18.01.2024 has advised under:
“The Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya will be celebrated on 22nd January, 2024 across India. To enable employees to participate in the celebrations, it has been decided that all Central Government Offices, Central Institutions and Central Industrial Establishments throughout India will be closed for half day till 1430 hrs. on 22nd January, 2024.”
Zonal Railways and PUs may please bring the above to the notice of all concerned.
