Accessing PCDA(O) Pune website after retirement of army officers

Subject: – Access of Website of PCDA(O) Pune User-ID after Retirement of Army Officers.

Of late, this office has been getting numerous requests to extend access to the Official website i.e. www.pcdaopune.gov.in for more than 6 months after their Retirement. As of now, the official website is accessible for 6 months only from the date of superannuation.

This would aid the Officer to receive information regarding their IRLA Account and submit any of their outstanding/allowance claims which are pending in PCDA (O) & Retirement TA/DA claim can be submitted up to One (1) year after Superannuation for adjustment. The Officers can also retain their Government accommodation for up to 6 months of their retirement at the normal rate and beyond which market rate will be applicable.

As the Officer’s nic.in email account is shut by NIC on completion of service of an Army Officer, the Officers are requested to kindly exercise utmost caution while accessing the website of this office as this is the only option available with Army Officer as a utility to communicate with PCDA(O) Pune for settlement of their outstanding dues lest recovery will be done which will put these officers under financial stress and difficulty. The website User-ID and password should be carefully noted and operated as any error or slippage in inputting the same will render the Officer unable to access the website of the office PCDA(O) Pune. The User-ID and Password cannot be reset by this Office once this unforced event occurs as the nic email of the Officer have already been shut down by NIC.

Further, it has been decided by the Competent Authority that henceforth User-ID of the website will remain accessible up to one-year post-retirement i.e 12 months. This will help the Officers and result in reducing the grievances and settlement of their outstanding claims/dues in the statement.
