Subject: Revision of Pay Scales of Draughtsman Grade-II (pre-designated as Draughtsman): recruited between 15.09.1995 to 20.09.1999 on the basis of award of board of arbitration in the case of CPWD.

The undersigned is directed to forward the copies of the DGQA/Adm-7B lettter no. A/99772/ D’man/DGQA/ ADM-7B dated 03.11.2023 alongwith 17-08-2022, 29-08-2022 in respect of above subject matter for your information, guidance and further necessary action related to pay fixation in the affected cases of Draughtsman of DGQA organization.

2. Further, a copy of Noting of MoD(F)/IF(DS) bearing No. 215 recorded in File No. A/99772/ D’Man/DGQA/ Adm -7B alongwith MoF letter No. F.S.(59)-E.NI/B2 dated 13.03.1984 and No. 13(1)- IC/91 dated 19.10.1994 are also enclosed.

REVISION OF PAY SCALE OF DRAUGHTSMAN GRADE-III (REDESIGNATED AS DRAUGHTSMAN) RECRUITED BETWEEN 15 SEP 1995 AND 20 SEP 1999 ON THE BASIS OF THE AWARD OF BOARD OF ARBITRATION IN THE CASE OF CPWD

1. Reference the following:

(a) This HQ letter of even No dated 17 Aug 2022 its amendment issued vide letter dt 29 Aug 2022.
(b) This HQ letter of even No dated 7 Sep 2022.

2. In accordance with directions of Hon’ble CAT PB New Delhi dt 6th Sep 2022 issued in O.A. No.80/2016, this HQrs letter No.A/99772/D’Man/DGQA/ADM-7B dt 7 Sep 2022 is hereby withdrawn and letters of even numbers dt 17 Aug 2022 and 29 Aug 2022 are hereby restored.
